Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled React / Next.js Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications and contributing to the front-end architecture of scalable platforms. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized front-end components.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure cohesive user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and SEO.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team standups.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and integration issues.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
- At least 2 years working with Next.js, including SSR/SSG and API routes.
- Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end workflows.
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Headless CMSs.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or other styling frameworks.
- Understanding of SEO best practices in Next.js and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Good to Have:
- Experience with testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Familiarity with CMS integrations like Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi.
- Exposure to DevOps, Docker, or cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, Azure).
- Contributions to open-source or personal GitHub projects.
