Job Title
Graphic Designer — Campaign Creative

Location: Hybrid — Islamabad preferred, with US-hours overlap
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: Mid to senior
Reports to: Senior Designer

Job Description:
You design the campaign — food-led, typographic, resolved across every format from a paid social still to a printed mailer to a window graphic. Motion and interaction are part of the output, but we expect AI tooling to carry most of that; what we are hiring for is design judgement and ideas.
What you’ll own
- The visual idea for a campaign, and the craft that holds it together — composition, hierarchy, typography, colour, and how imagery and type sit with each other.
- Static creative for paid and organic across every placement and aspect ratio, on brief and inside the franchisor brand guide.
- Everything past the feed: posters, flyers, pamphlets, standees, banners, menu and window graphics, direct-mail pieces and in-store signage — built for real production, not only for screen.
- Print artwork built correctly for production — bleed, trim, safe area, CMYK, resolution, and a printer-ready file.
- Food-led creative: making the product look the way it should, across image selection, retouching, cropping and layout.
- Motion and interaction built largely with AI tooling — animated offer cards, short social cuts, simple interactive formats — where the result holds up to brand scrutiny. You direct and finish it; you are not expected to keyframe it from scratch.
- The template library — building the localisable, approved assets that let markets self-serve instead of raising a request for every small change.
- Asset hygiene: named, versioned, organised files another person can pick up.
What you’ll need
- Three to six years in graphic design, with a portfolio that shows ideas and not only execution.
- A genuine command of colour — palettes you have built, and a view on why they work in print and on screen.
- Typography as a strength: type pairing, hierarchy, and setting text so it reads at every size from a phone to a standee.
- Composition with imagery — arranging photography and type together, and knowing what to crop, what to give space to, and what to cut.
- Food or product-led visual work, and an instinct for when food looks appetising and when it does not.
- Range across formats in one campaign — social, print, large format and in-store — rather than twelve unrelated hero pieces.
- Adobe Creative Cloud to a professional standard: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Figma or equivalent for digital layout and handover, and Canva for template building the wider team can use.
- Print production competence, demonstrated with a file that went to a printer and came back right.
- AI image, video or animation tooling used in real work, with a clear view of where it holds up and where it does not.
- Working inside an existing brand guide, including revisions returned by someone else’s brand team.
Nice to have
- Agency experience — several brands at once, real deadlines, and creative direction from someone else. This is a strong preference.
- Restaurant, QSR or multi-location retail work.
- Food photography, retouching or food-styling awareness, or art-directing a shoot.
- Premiere Pro or After Effects for finishing what AI tooling starts.
- Light HTML and CSS, for email and landing-page assets.
- Directing or briefing external photographers and videographers.
A typical week
- One new campaign asset set built from brief, spanning static, print and video.
- A print or large-format piece prepared to production spec.
- Localised variants of an approved set for several markets.
- One short video edit with platform-specific cuts and captions.
- Amends returned from the franchisor approval queue.
- Template maintenance so the previous campaign’s assets stay reusable.
