Job Title
Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Hybrid — Islamabad preferred, with US-hours overlap
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: Mid to senior
Reports to: Head of Growth

Job Description:
You run the social channels and the paid campaigns for every market in scope — publishing, community, budgets, and the reporting that shows what ran. Campaign ideas and captions come from our US team; you adapt them market by market, put them out, and manage the spend behind them.
What you’ll own
- The organic social channels for each market — accounts, scheduled posting, community responses, YouTube and Google Business Profiles, including posts, categories, hours, offers and review replies.
- The content calendar: what publishes where and when, across every market in scope, planned rather than posted ad hoc.
- Paid campaign execution across paid social and search — build, structure, audiences and placements, budgets and pacing, scheduling and day-to-day management.
- Performance reporting: pulling the numbers, keeping the reporting view current, and saying plainly what ran, what it cost, and what you changed as a result.
- Structured testing — creative, audience and placement variants set up so the result is readable rather than guessed at.
- Adapting the campaign ideas and captions that come from the US team into market-, store- and offer-level variants, without drifting off brand.
- The copy that sits on top of that: caption and ad variants, SMS and email sends, Google Business Profile posts, and the small localised lines nobody else is going to write.
- AI tooling in the production loop — the prompts and templates that let one person cover many markets, and the judgement about where the output is good enough to publish.
- Preparing work for the franchisor approval queue in the format the brand liaison needs, and turning around revisions when it comes back marked up.
- Keeping the request and approval queue current, so anyone can see what is in flight and what is waiting on a decision.
What you’ll need
- Three to six years running business social accounts and paid campaigns, hands-on in the platforms rather than briefing someone else to be.
- Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to a working standard: building and structuring a campaign, managing a budget through the month, and reading what came back.
- Measurement competence — GA4 or equivalent, platform reporting, UTM discipline, and a reporting sheet you built and maintained yourself.
- Hands-on management of business social accounts and Google Business Profile listings across multiple locations, including the mechanics, not only the content.
- Native-standard written US English — captions, ad copy and community replies are all public.
- Daily working use of AI tooling for text, image or video — and a clear view of which tools, what for, and where you stopped trusting the output.
- Comfort working inside a brand guide you did not write, and inside a brand-approval process.
- Email and SMS platform experience: building a send, segmenting a list, scheduling, and reading the result.
- Comfort running work through a project or request tracker, and keeping it accurate.
Nice to have
- Restaurant, food service, retail or other multi-location marketing.
- Franchise experience, and any exposure to franchisor brand-approval processes.
- Local SEO or listings management across many locations.
- Community management or social listening at volume, across several accounts at once.
- Loyalty or CRM campaign experience.
- Basic comfort in a page builder or CMS, so landing-page copy goes in without a developer.
